Shipping Times:

Domestic: 

The following general shipping times apply based on shipping type, off days and holidays:

First Class Mail- Parcel post(2-10 days)

DHL or Express or Overnight 1-2 days

Priority Mail (2-3 days) Express 1-2 days

UPS or FedEx Ground 1-10 days depending on location

International shipping times

Once parcel shows acceptance or pickup by carrier, average shipping times can be 5-21 business days depending on location. Times can vary depending on how quickly customs processes the item; generally you can expect longer times around the holidays.

1)    First Class International can take anywhere from 10 days to 30 days depending on the country. 

2)    Priority international may take 5-15 days or longer also depending on the Country

3)    Express mail International can take 3-7 days again depending in country.

All these times vary and are not guaranteed, (Check tracking provided when order was shipped,  after your order leaves the States it is kind of difficult to pin point its exact location or arrival time, we ask for your patience as it is out of our hands once it leaves the United States and Customs. Please wait the estimated times before contacting or opening a dispute. 

 Customs charges:

Import duties, taxes or any charges imposed by customs in your country are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs may be if any, prior to bidding/buying.

These charges are normally collected by the delivering Postal master in your country when you pick the item up or delivered to you. Do not confuse these costs for additional shipping charges.

 (These are not our charges). Customs is unpredictable, we seem orders go through with no charges but then again we can’t control this. We keep our prices and shipping as low as possible, to help offset these costs if any.

Item seizure or confiscated:

Please make sure and check with your country laws to determine if the item your purchased is allowed inside your country by Customs. ( Piccardmeds4pets will not be responsible, nor any refunds will be issued for seized, confiscated orders.)
