For a complete no hassle refund, all items returned must be in new condition as when sent to you, product must be unused and unopened, items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories if any, and free of pet hair, damage, dirt, odor, etc.

Important! All medicines products are not returnable once opened and used. We recommend you contact your Veterinarian prior to medicating on your own.

Some products sold may only be returned to the manufacturer, specially after the 30 days have passed and if they were used and opened. For EX: Electronic items. All these items do come with a one to a two year warranty depending on manufacturer, please register your product and contact manufacturer for further instructions.

Exchanges:
If you are exchanging an item, we will cover the cost to reship the new item back to you. A new order will be reshipped once we receive your return or tracking shows its on its way to us.
