Shipping times and additional information

Please read below for important information**

Free Shipping:
Most orders US domestic HI, PR and Alaska are shipped Free, No limits, please read the individual item description, for additional information. Bulkier heavier items, like gallons etc.. will be shipped UPS ground or Priority depending location at the lowest cost possible to you. All orderqualified for Free shipping except vaccines or any cold shipped product.

Orders Returned for a Wrong Address or Third Party Address.

Most of our items are shipped Free, our cost. (US only) If you order is returned to us for an un-deliverable address or similar, not a fault of our own, we will be charging you a minimal fee for repacking and shipping item back to you. These costs vary, depending on item purchased, Customers that paid shipping originally will simply pay the original shipping cost.

Important: Is your responsibility to make sure, address is correct, before placing the order. An email after order was placed does not guaranteed we can correct this in time, specially weekend orders.

Sending to another address? No problem, but make sure this address was added to PayPal or authorized as a gift or third party address, all orders are automatically shipped to a verified billing address, an email advising to ship order to another address not verified will be ignored, unless a prior agreement was made.

Shipping Times:

Domestic:
The following general shipping times apply based on shipping type, off days and holidays:

First Class Mail- Parcel post(2-10 days)
Express or Overnight 1-2 days
Priority Mail (2-3 days) Express 1-2 days.

UPS or Fedex 1-7 days depending on location.

International Buyers:

Some First class international packages may not not be track-able online. (Depending on Country). It will only show acceptance on USPS.com and or Globegistics, this means it was accepted and its on its way to you,  you may contact your local postal or customs office in your country for more information. Once parcel shows acceptance in USPS.com or Globegistics the average shipping time is 5-21 business days depending on location, these times can vary depending on how quickly customs processes the item, generally you can expect longer times around the Holidays.

First Class, Globegistics can take anywhere from 5 days to 30 days depending on the Country, DHL international 1-5 days, Priority Rate international make take 5-10 days or longer also depending on the Country and it's Customs Laws.

Canada shipments may also be sent UPS or Fedex standard ground. 
Insurance: All international orders over $75 are automatically insured against loss or damaged.

All these times, can varyonce it leaves US Customs, (please check tracking provided with shipping notification, is kind of difficult to pin point exact location or arrival time, 99.8% of the Parcels make it to their destinations, we ask for your patience as it's out of hands once it leaves the States.

Note: If you desire a tracking number than can be traced to your door step. order must be sent  DHL or Express Mail International, some countries may include tracking with our First class service, at no additional cost.

Customs charges:

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs may be, if any.

These charges, are normally collected by the delivering Postal master in your country when you pick the item, or is delivered to you. Do not confuse these costs for additional shipping charges.

(These are not our charges). Customs is unpredictable, we seem orders delivered with no charges then again we can't control this. We keep our prices and shipping as low as possible to help offset these costs if any.

Biologicals(Vaccines)

Are shipped Monday through Wednesday only, in a padded envelope with ice packs or a box depending size of the order, We strongly recommend, (if you are not in a one or two day area) to use our overnight or second day air service.

Its ok for vaccines to reach a cool 78 degrees during shipping one time only, and most be refrigerated immediately upon arrival, a second temperature raise will make vaccines ineffective. Vaccines are none refundable or returnable. If you are in a two day zone, you still have the overnight option. All Florida customer can choose UPS ground as this service automatically offer overnight at a minimal cost.
